What I collect, why, and what I do with it. Written in plain English rather than legalese.
What this site collects
The forms on this site ask for your name, email address, phone number, what you need help with, and anything you choose to write in the message box. That is all. I do not ask for income, credit, banking, or identity documents through this website — those are gathered separately and securely once we have spoken.
There are no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, and no third-party trackers on this site. Nothing follows you around the internet after you leave.
Why I collect it
Only to reply to you and to prepare mortgage options for your situation. Your information is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing.
Who sees it
Me. If you go on to submit a mortgage application, the information you provide at that stage is shared with lenders and insurers as needed to place your file, and with TMG The Mortgage Group as my brokerage of record — always with your consent, and only what a lender needs.
How long it is kept
Mortgage brokerages in Alberta are required by the Real Estate Council of Alberta to retain client records for a set period. If you contact me and we do not proceed, tell me and I will delete what you sent.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law you can ask me what personal information I hold about you, ask for a copy, ask me to correct it, or withdraw your consent. Email nabreet.ghumman@mortgagegroup.com and I will respond within thirty days.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Documents for live files are collected through the secure portal used by TMG The Mortgage Group, never by ordinary email attachment.
