Hi, I'm Nabreet.
I'm a mortgage broker licensed in Alberta and proudly affiliated with TMG The Mortgage Group. I don't work for a lender. I work for you, which means my advice is only ever about what's right for your situation.
My job is to teach you the why behind every number, not just hand you a rate. I'll walk you through your options, explain the trade-offs in plain English, and help you make the call that actually fits your life.
Through TMG, I broker mortgages for clients in Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario and Saskatchewan. I treat every file like it's my own — thorough, careful, and done right.
How I work
You get straight answers, including when the answer is "not yet." If a file needs six months of credit repair or a bigger down payment first, I'll tell you that and give you the plan — I'd rather earn your business at the right time than push you into the wrong mortgage now.
Practically, that means a same-business-day reply standard, secure digital document collection and e-signatures, a written side-by-side comparison before you commit, and a check-in well before every renewal — not a letter in the mail two weeks out.
